Description
The Turnagain is built from an 11oz cotton twill that is brushed on the inside face, which raises a light nap and traps enough air to make a real difference on a cold platform or a long drive. Two percent elastane is in there for recovery only, so the leg holds its line after a day of sitting. The waistband is a single curved piece with a hidden extension tab, and the belt loops are wide enough for a 1.5in belt.
It works as a smarter alternative to jeans without feeling formal, and the brushed face means you can wear it over a thin base layer without the fabric catching. Back pockets are welted and buttoned, so nothing walks out of them on a bus.

Fit
Mid rise, slim through the seat and thigh with a gentle taper to a 6.5in leg opening. Sits at the top of a boot without stacking.
Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry. Warm iron on the reverse if needed; a hot plate will flatten the brushed nap.

The brushing on the inside is not a marketing line, these are noticeably warmer than my other chinos. I have the Bark and it reads more grey-brown than the photo, which I prefer. Waistband has not stretched out after two months.
